We stand behind our products and value our customers. If you have any questions about your order, please email hello@laurenlane.net and we will happily assist you. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please supply original packing slip or order confirmation email to help us serve you efficiently. Sales of discounted items are final. Please note that only complete, undamaged items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
